1. Scope

These terms apply to studio services of Voxlyra GmbH toward businesses and consumers. Deviating purchase terms apply only if we accept them in writing. German law applies, excluding the UN sales convention.

2. Contracting party

Voxlyra GmbH, Lychener Straße 54, 10437 Berlin, HRB 268417 B, VAT ID DE412638070, managing director Lena Hoffmann.

3. Services

The subject is interview recording, talk-show production, conversation podcast, hybrid links, and editing/post, each as described on the service page at confirmation. Figures (148 m², rooms, cameras) are specifications, not advertising superlatives.

4. Formation

The website invites requests; it is not a binding offer. The contract is formed with our written confirmation (email suffices) and the deposit where required.

5. Prices and VAT

Prices are in euro. We show gross amounts including 19% German VAT and net amounts. The calculation attached to the contract governs.

6. Deposit

The deposit is 40 percent of the agreed gross sum, due after confirmation. Without receipt we do not hold the slot.

7. Payment

Consumers pay the remainder before or on the production day unless agreed otherwise. Businesses pay the remainder within 14 days of invoice. Statutory default interest applies.

8. Cancellation and withdrawal

Free cancellation up to 10 days before the agreed start (receipt at hallo@voxlyra.click). After that: 9 to 4 days 50 percent, 3 days to start 80 percent, no-show 100 percent of unused studio time, less saved expenses. For consumers: services with a fixed leisure date may be excluded from withdrawal where the date is defining. We state in the confirmation whether a withdrawal right exists. If it does, the statutory period applies.

9. Cooperation

The desk supplies rundown, name lists and consents in time. Guests from age 16; under 18 with an accompanying adult. Lateness shortens usable studio time, not automatically the price.

10. File delivery

Formats as agreed, typically WAV 48 kHz/24-bit and ProRes or H.264. Stereo sum often the same day; takes within 48 hours after the session ends unless acceptance is postponed.

11. Revisions

Two revision rounds for session faults, or two bundled rounds in the edit where booked. Further work at the hourly rate of the relevant service.

12. Rights

A simple viewing right from delivery. Agreed use of the masters transfers after payment in full. Personality rights of guests remain untouched; the desk collects consents. Sublicence to unknown third parties only by agreement.

13. Archive

Session files 18 months after acceptance, then deletion unless extended. The tax archive follows statutory periods (generally 10 years).

14. Liability

Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for essential duties and limited to foreseeable damage. No guarantee, no promise of a particular broadcast outcome.

15. Privacy

The privacy statement applies. Processing on behalf of business customers is covered by the DPA.

16. Closing

Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin. If a clause is invalid, the rest remains. Contract language German.
