Voxlyra records conversations that later sit in newsrooms, media libraries and podcast feeds. Two rooms, 148 square metres, one house at Lychener Straße 54.
A house for conversation, not a broadcast campus
Desks need rooms where speech stays intelligible and cameras do not fight the lights. The conversation room is 42 square metres and holds up to eight people on camera. The show floor is 68 square metres, with four guest seats and 24 chairs for an invited audience. Control room and lounge share 38 square metres.
Four 4K cameras, large- and small-diaphragm microphones, a Dante audio network and 5600 K LED panels stay in the building. Two isolation booths take remote guests. We work by appointment: Monday to Friday 09:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00, Europe/Berlin.

How a booking runs
Request
Send format, preferred date and headcount. We reply within two working days to hello@voxlyra.click or by phone.
Outline
You receive room, kit, gross and net price. The deposit is 40 percent of the agreed sum.
Record
Sound, picture and production stay on site. Guests from age 16; under 18 with an accompanying adult.
Handover
Files after acceptance. Two revision rounds. Archive 18 months. Usage rights after 100 percent payment.
Studio on Lychener Straße
The address sits in the Helmholtz neighbourhood, borough of Pankow. U2 Eberswalder Straße is about a six-minute walk; trams M1, M10 and 12 stop there. From the northern end of the street you also reach S+U Schönhauser Allee.

How far ahead should we book?
Two working days to reply. Show-floor days with an audience often need three to six weeks. Write via contact.
What does an interview hour cost?
EUR 189 incl. 19% VAT (EUR 158.82 net). Half day EUR 680, full day EUR 1180 incl. VAT.
Can we cancel free of charge?
Yes, up to 10 days before start. After that the steps in terms article 8 apply.
When do usage rights transfer?
After payment in full. Details in the usage rights guide.
How long do you keep the files?
18 months after acceptance, then deletion unless a longer agreement exists.
