What desks forget
Audience stewarding EUR 320 incl. VAT for up to 24 seats. Without that line, nobody sits in the row, because the crew is on cameras and sound.
Show edit 24–28 minutes EUR 1280 incl. The day rate delivers the recording, not the media-library cut. Captions EUR 18 incl. per film minute.
Deposit and cancellation
40 percent after confirmation. Free up to 10 days before. After that the steps in terms article 8 apply. B2B remainder in 14 days.

Hybrid as a surcharge
One remote per hour EUR 240 incl., extra remotes EUR 75. Three remote guests break a pure floor day and need a combined booking.
Travel costs time, not studio

What the day is not
Not open-air, not a 25th viewer, not collecting-society stage music in the price. Applause stays short because the stairwell is lived in.

How desks add up a day in Berlin in 2026
A production day at EUR 2490 incl. VAT looks large on a budget line and is still often incomplete because audience, edit and hybrid are missing. The table above adds day, stewarding and show edit to EUR 4090 incl. VAT. Net about EUR 3436.97. A 40 percent deposit on that sample is EUR 1636 incl. Without the edit the day remains a recording. Without stewarding the row stays empty because the crew is on kit. Without a hybrid line nobody in Hamburg sits in the link.
Compare the conversation room: hour EUR 189 incl., half day EUR 680, full day EUR 1180. Four guests and 24 chairs do not fit there. Compare the podcast block: EUR 620 incl. for three hours without an audience. The show floor costs more because picture direction and four cameras stand all day. That is specification, not a ranking claim.
Cancellation: 10 days free, then the steps in terms article 8. B2B remainder 14 days. Minimum age 16 also for the audience; under 18 with an adult. Travel U2 Eberswalder Straße; a late audience shortens recording. Do not budget parking. Keep applause short; the stairwell is lived in. Do not budget truss or open-air. Captions EUR 18 incl. per film minute extra. Two session revision rounds sit in the day, not a later fine cut.
Teams that only document internally without a media library drop the show edit and keep the day plus optional audience. Teams that transmit add edit and captions. Teams with remote guests add EUR 240 incl. per hour of remote. Budget questions get a reply in two working days, not an instant promise in the form. A second production day in the same week is not automatically discounted; each day holds the same floor and the same crew. The five-hour half day at EUR 1490 incl. remains the floor once cameras and direction are up, even if the conversation feels shorter. Makeup, catering and a shuttle are deliberately absent from the table because we do not offer them.
