Questions before you book
Answers on booking, sessions, files, rights, payment and cancellation. The figures match the terms: 40% deposit, 10-day free cancellation, two revision rounds, 18-month archive, B2B 14 days, minimum age 16.
Booking
How do I request a date?
Via the form on the contact page or email hello@voxlyra.click. Reply within two working days. Phone +49 30 44721980 during studio hours.
Do you hold slots without a deposit?
No. 40 percent of the gross sum after confirmation. Without receipt the calendar stays open.
Which languages do you speak on site?
German and English. The contract language is German; English legal pages are working aids.
Is there an open studio without booking?
No. Status: by appointment. Monday to Friday 09:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00, Sunday closed.
How far ahead for the show floor?
Often three to six weeks because audience lists take time. The conversation room is shorter to obtain.
Session
Where is the studio?
Lychener Straße 54, 10437 Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. U2 Eberswalder Straße, about six minutes, trams M1, M10, 12. OSM search is linked under contact.
How many people in the conversation room?
Up to eight on camera. Audience belongs on the show floor, 24 seats maximum.
What about guests under 18?
Minimum age 16; under 18 with an accompanying adult, including remotely at the other site.
Makeup and catering?
Water and coats yes. Makeup and food beyond water are not included.
May our own recorders run?
Yes, if they do not block the table. We do not support a second sound bench outside the Dante network.
Files and handover
What sound format?
WAV 48 kHz, 24-bit, split tracks plus a sum. See delivery formats.
How fast after the session?
Sum often that evening; takes in 48 hours unless acceptance is postponed.
How long do you archive?
18 months after acceptance, then deletion without an extension.
Two revision rounds — what counts?
Session faults, or two bundled edit notes. After that the hourly rate of the relevant service.
Do masters live at Hetzner?
No. Hetzner hosts the website. Masters sit on machines in the house.
Rights
When may we publish?
After 100 percent payment and with consent of the people pictured. Guide: usage rights.
Does the session cover social cuts?
Only if the order names them. Otherwise a separate booking.
Who collects consents?
The desk. We provide a sample. Audience lists before cameras on the show floor.
Music in gaps?
Not in the basic booking. Titles under a collecting society are for the desk to clear.
Payment and cancellation
Which VAT?
19 percent Germany 2026. Gross and net sit in the rate table.
B2B period?
14 days after invoice for the remainder after the deposit.
Free cancellation?
Up to 10 days before start. After that the steps in terms article 8.
Withdrawal for consumers?
Dated leisure services may be excluded. The confirmation states whether a withdrawal right exists.
How do I pay the deposit?
Bank transfer after invoice, details in the confirmation. No cash desk in the stairwell.
