Line test
Thirty minutes before content we check return audio, picture crop and timecode. The test counts toward the booked hour if it falls inside it.
Two isolation booths, Dante control and an hour of hybrid direction for EUR 240 including 19% VAT. For interviews where one voice cannot sit in Prenzlauer Berg.
Hybrid here means: someone speaks in the house, someone speaks elsewhere, and later it should feel like one conversation. Isolation booths sit in the control lounge. The remote arrives on an agreed link; we do not run an open Zoom show for viewers.
The hour holds a recording engineer and one picture-direction person who either lays the remote frame into the host camera or records it as its own ISO. Extra remotes cost EUR 75 incl. VAT per hour. Technical prep sits in the delivery-formats guide.

A local guest who should not share the host frame sits in the booth. The host stays at the table in the conversation room or on the floor.
We hear the remote track separately. Return and talkback stay internal so the host does not hear the bench.
Each remote sits as its own file plus a mix, so the edit can ride levels later.
Correspondents in another district, specialists without a travel day, guests colliding with a Hauptbahnhof connection. It is the wrong call if everyone is already in Berlin and U2 Eberswalder Straße is six minutes away — then interview recording is the quieter path.
Two booths means two local isolations. Further remotes can still join, each extra hour EUR 75 incl. VAT. We do not run more than three remote tracks at once in this house.
Headphones, a quiet room, a camera at eye height, no readable brand mark in the background. We send a short technical list. Responsibility for the remote end sits with the desk; we cannot place lamps there.
Public links without end-to-end control can fail. We set a phone fallback if the desk names a number. The hour still runs because staff and booth are held.
The remote frame can appear as a window in the host camera or as an ISO. We rough-align lip sync in the house mix; fine sync belongs in the edit. We write local timecode; remote clocks often drift, hence the separate layout.
Privacy: remote guests sign the same consent as guests on site. Transmission through third-party software is described in the privacy statement where Voxlyra runs the instance. If the desk uses its own account, the desk remains controller for that channel.
Half-day hybrid EUR 890 incl. VAT for up to two remotes. Deposit 40 percent, cancellation 10 days, archive 18 months, rights after 100 percent payment. Minimum age 16 also applies remotely; the accompanying adult must be present at the remote site.
Not included: a reporter's travel piece, satellite paths, interpreting, live captions.
Not included: an extra remote without the EUR 75 rate, guest travel, live captions, a transmission edit, audience on the floor, running a public webinar.
EUR 240 incl. / EUR 201.68 net per hour. Half day EUR 890 incl. / EUR 747.90 net. Extra remote EUR 75 incl. / EUR 63.03 net per hour.

Only if a talk-show audience is booked and we lay a return. The conversation room has no audience.
We use the agreed fallback. The hour stays booked; lost content minutes are recouped in the same window if the link returns.
Two remotes in a half day yes. Two hosts sit in the conversation room; that counts as interview plus hybrid.

Hybrid is not an open webinar stage and not a substitute for guests who could walk six minutes from U2 Eberswalder Straße.
